    In order to help protect both Vital Learning?s copyrights, and misuse and reuse of Vital Learning materials we require all initials sales with an organization to be accompanied by a signed copy of the Vital Learning Copyright Agreement before the initial sale with a new organization can be completed and materials shipped. The copyright agreement does not apply to individuals completing online or blended programs.

    Educational Partner, Government and Non-Profit Clients (EPG Pricing)

    To obtain the EPG pricing, you will need to receive pre approval from HR Consultants, Inc. Please contact us at 814.266.3818. We will need your name, contact name, shipping address, phone number and email address. If you are a non-profit organization we will need documentation validating your status as a 501c3 organization.

    All notices from HR Consultants, Inc. to you may be posted on our website and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from you to HR Consultants, Inc. shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our website, or first class mail to our address at:
